She passed peacefully surrounded by her family.. She was preceded in death by her parents, John A. and Johanna P. Hagen, her husband, David “Glenn” Smalley; sister, Kathy Smith. She is survived by her daughters, JoAnne M. “Jody” Smalley of Apollo, PA; Wendy L. Wiseman , Elizabeth Harris and husband, Wayne, all of Reidsville; grandchildren, Glenna M. Wiseman, Steffon X. Lee, Skye E. Harris and Steffanie M. Harris; son-in-law, Ben Wiseman; sisters, Donna Velotta, Mary Beth Knopsnider both of California; brother, John A. Hagen of Iowa and many nieces and nephews. The family welcomes all friends of JoAnne to an informal gathering on Monday, April 7th, 2014 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Wilkerson Funeral Home.
