Newspapers: Greensboro News & Record with photograph Mr. John W. Fisher, 70, of Reidsville, passed away Friday, August 18th, 2017. A graveside funeral service will be held at eleven o’clock on Monday, August 21st, 2017 at Thompsonville Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Mike Campbell officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church. John was born in Wilson, North Carolina on June 25th, 1947 to the late William and Ruth McCargo Fisher. He worked at Zarn, Inc. and was a member of Thompsonville Baptist Church, where he was part of the Mens II Sunday School class and sang in the choir. John was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Perdue Fisher. Survivors include two daughters, Beth Fisher and April Fisher both of Reidsville; sister-in-law, Tera Perdue.
