Reidsville - Joseph Hiram Page, 84, of 1827 Barnes Street, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at Morehead Memorial Hospital.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Claude Harrelson officiating. The burial will follow in Evergreen Memory Gardens with military graveside rites.Mr. Page was born in Caswell County to the late, Johnny and Mamie Harrelson Page. He was a veteran in the US Army serving during the Korean War. He retired from the American Tobacco Company after 37 years of service. He was of the Baptist faith and was a loving father and grandfather. Family time was an important part of his life and they all looked forward to the Saturday night Rook games. In his later years he enjoyed playing golf with his son and he especially enjoyed watching good westerns with his family. Along with his parents, he was also preceded in death by his sisters, Wilson Page Ward, Helen Page and Hazel Page Poteat; and his brothers, Richard, Johnny and Buck Page.He is survived by his children, Dale Page and wife, Linda, Debra Page Haskins and husband, Brian and Dean Page and wife, Rhonda all of Reidsville; grandchildren, Jessica King and husband, Corey, Callie and Chandy Haskins, Brooke and Dallas Page; great grandchildren, Jocelyn and Tristan King; sisters-in-law, Mary Alice Page of Ruffin and Blanche Page of Yanceyville; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family would also like to recognize his special caregiver, Amy Martin.The family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 PM, Tuesday, June 5 at Wilkerson Funeral Home and other times at Debra and Brian's home (1630 Lick Fork Creek Road).
