Judy May Morris

Ruffin- Judy May Morris, 63, of 421 Worsham Mill Road, went home to be with The Lord on September 3, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, September 5, 2014, at Christian Fellowship Church with Rev. Bill McKinney officiating. Burial will follow in Christian Fellowship Church Cemetery. Judy was born in Onarga, IL, to the late Elbert Benton Hurt and Opal Christine Rigsby Hurt. She was retired from Replacements Ltd. She adored her grandbabies and furbabies. She was a dedicated Christian follower and thought fondly of the day when she would meet her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She is now at peace and in no more pain. For those reasons, we smile. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her step-son, Robert Morris, Jr. She is survived by her husband, Robert L. Morris, of the home; sons, Robert Miller and Steven Miller; daughter, Stacy Maulden; step-daughter, Buffy Morris; 11 grandchildren; and brother, Bobby Hurt. The family will receive friends at Wilkerson Funeral on Thursday, September 4, from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM and other times the family will be at RL's sisters's home, Betty Wilson (314 Turner Drive, Reidsville).
