Katherine A Belton Cochrane, 92 of Elliston VA went to be with the lord on September 6, 2018. Graveside services were held at Mt. View Cemetery in Vinton VA. Katherine was born and raised in Reidsville NC and was a daughter of the late Raleigh Thorton Belton and Beulah Pearl Collins Belton; brothers, Thomas and Billy Belton; sisters, Emmie, Bessie, Annie, Frances, Barbara, and Joanne.1st Spouse: James Edward Windsor, 25 yrs., 2nd Spouse: Roscoe Cochrane, 26 yrs. She lived a happy , but hard life. She is survived by a sister: Elaine; sons: Ronnie, Mike, and Chris; daughters: Kathy and Debra; grandchildren: James and Paige.
