Larry Lynn McCusker

Larry Lynn McCusker, 65, of Reidsville, went to his heavenly home Thursday, November 9, 2023, at his home surrounded by his loving family and friends.

There will be a private ceremony held by the family.

The son of the late William Henry McCusker and Mary Catherine McCusker. He was a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Union. He lived life to the fullest “BLAZING HIS OWN PATH!” Kindhearted and generous, he would give the shirt off his back. He loved The Lord, his family and country with all his heart. Along with his parents, he was also preceded in death by his stepfather Red Matherly and grandson Jax Apple.

Left to cherish his memory are his sister Karen Land (Doug); and brother Timothy Matherly (Vickie); children April Thomas, Christopher McCusker, Caroline Apple (Neil), and Benjamin McCusker (Jasmine); grandchildren Dakota Thomas, Cierra Thomas, Joshua Edwards, De’Anna Neal, Catherine McCusker, Meredith McCusker, Axl Apple, Leeland McCusker, and Dominic McCusker; and nephew Steven Land (Amy); and a very special thanks to his dear friends Crystal Bray and Keith “Fred” Shaw.
