Click Here To View Memorial Video Reidsville –Lelia Ann McMichael Wood, 63, of 193 Nubbin Ridge Road, passed away Friday, October 25, 2013 at her home. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM on Monday, October 28, 2013 at Mt. Pisgah United Methodist Church in Greensboro with Dr. Ted Troutman, Rev. Hank Thompson and Rev. Mark Christy officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Lelia was born in Rockingham County to the late Marvin H. McMichael, Jr. and Lois Lawson McMichael and was a retiree with the City of Greensboro. She was a member of Mt. Pisgah United Methodist Church and enjoyed cooking. Her greatest love was her grandchildren. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Crystal Dawn Wood and brother, Marvin McMichael,III. Survivors include her husband, Larry Wayne Wood; daughter, Melissa Wood Brown: son, Michael Alan Wood and wife, Sara; grandchildren, Johnnie Brown and Jamie Wood. The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 27, 2013 from 6-8PM at Wilkerson Funeral Home and other times at the home.
