Levi H. Taylor

Reidsville: Levi H. Taylor, 75, went home to be with his Lord on Wednesday, November 16, 2016, at his home, after a short battle with cancer. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, November 19, 2016, at Wilkerson Funeral Home with Rev. Mickey Alcorn and Rev. Rudy Woods officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memory Gardens. Visitation will be at 1:00 P.M., Saturday prior to the service. Levi was born on May 11, 1941, in Helen, West Virginia to the late Arlie E. Taylor and Pearl P. Taylor. He very much loved the outdoors, especially hunting and woodworking. He was a very loving husband, father and grandfather. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his four brothers and five sisters. Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Kathryn Williams Taylor; sons, David Taylor (Lisa), Mark Taylor (Cheryl) and Brian Taylor; granddaughters, Amber Taylor and Meghan T. Hodges (Richard); step-grandson, Michael Kennon; great grandchildren, Daniel Greer, Kathryn Greer and Bryson Kennon, and numerous nieces and nephews.
