Linda Harris Clark

Reidsville: Linda Harris Clark, 61, of 142 Wake Forest Drive, died Friday, March 13, 2009 at her home.Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Monday, March 16, 2009 at Wilkerson Funeral Home with Rev. Patricia Wright officiating. Interment will follow in Lick Fork Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.Linda was born in Roanoke Rapids, N.C. to Elnora Gammon Harris and the late Henry Elome Harris. She was of the Christian faith and had been employed at Reidsville Heating and Air Conditioning. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Windell A. ClarkShe is survived by her daughter, Angela Clark Cox and husband, Lee of Reidsville; grandchildren, Morgan, Mallory and Sydney; mother, Elnora Gammon Harris of the home; brother, Frank Harris of Burlington; sisters, Sandra Harris Brown and husband, Sonny, and Deborah Harris-Powell, all of Reidsville; special nieces and nephews, Cindy, Martin, Joey, Chris, Jason and Kelly; "like a son" , William Locklear.The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Wilkerson Funeral Home and other times the family will be at the home.The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Stephen Knowlton and his staff, the Rockingham County EMS, and doctors and staff at Annie Penn Hospital Intensive Care Unit.
