High Point - Linda Faye Taylor Bare, 64, of 2010 Hunterwoods Drive, High Point went home to be with her Lord June 10, 2012 at home surrounded by her loving family. Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM, Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at Covington Weselyan Church, Reidsville, North Carolina with Pastor Ralph Clayton and Pastor Carl Pulliam officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memory Gardens. Linda was born in Rockingham County to Eunice Moore Taylor and the late Richard Glenn Taylor. Mrs. Bare retired from the Guilford County School System in 2009. During her career, she worked as a SIMS administrator and in various schools throughout the county providing administrative support. She was a faithful attender of Bales Wesleyan Church in Jamestown, NC. Our memories of Linda are of a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and Christian friend. She will be dearly missed by all. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Josephus and Ada Taylor and John and Rosie Moore.She is survived by her devoted husband, Richard "Creig" Bare and loving children, David Creig Bare Burchette and wife, Teneicea, John "Steven" Bare and wife, Heather, Richard "Scott" Bare and wife, Julie; niece Angela Herbin and husband, Mike, who is like a daughter; five grandchildren, Marissa Bare Burchette, Abigail Grace Bare, Victoria Hope Bare, Madison English Bare, and Jackson Creig Bare; three sisters, Brenda Paschal and husband, Larry, Rachel Wall and husband, Pee-Wee, all of Reidsville and Nancy Boyd and husband, Barney of Kernersville and several nieces and nephews.The family will receive friends at Wilkerson Funeral Home Tuesday, June 12, 2010 from7:00 -9:00 PM. and other at times the residence.Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care, 2500 Summit Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27405.I'd like the memory of me to be a happy one.I'd like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done.I'd like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways.Of happy time and laughing times and bright sunny days.I'd like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sunOf happy memories that I leave when life is done.Condolences may be made to the family at www.wilkersonfuneral.com
