Reidsville– Lindsey Erin Hudson, 27, of 126 Aldergate Drive, died Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at Wake Forest Baptist University Medical Center.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, June 19, 2009 at Covington Wesleyan Church with Rev. Ralph Clayton officiating. The burial will follow in Evergreen Memory Gardens.Lindsey was born in Guilford County. She graduated from Rockingham County High School and then she received her National Certification as a Pharmacy Technician from Rockingham County Community College. She was employed with Annie Penn Memorial Hospital and Layne’s Family Pharmacy. She has attended Covington Wesleyan Church for many years. Lindsey was a caring and loving daughter, sister, granddaughter and friend. Her diligence and hard work was evident in everything she did. She loved traveling and water sports, especially jet skiing. She was faithful to visit her great grand parents in the nursing home and she adored her dogs, Ruby, the Lab and Gage, the American Eskimo. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Thomas Hudson; her maternal great grandparents, Lonnie and Janie Cox.She is survived by her mother, Sharon Hudson and friend, Mark Loftis of Reidsville; her father, Morris Hudson and wife, Maria of Reidsville; her brothers, Jordan and Will Hudson and step brother, Garrett Collins; maternal grandparents, Leon and Doris Myrick of Reidsville; Paternal grandmother, Sunshine Hudson of Reidsville; maternal great grandparents, Dennis and Juanita Myrick of Reidsville and a large extended family.The family will receive friends Thursday, June 18 at Wilkerson Funeral Home from 6:00 – 8:00 PM and other times at Sharon’s home (706 King Street) and Morris’s home (1503 McCoy Road).
