Lois Justice Pruitt

Reidsville- Lois Justice Pruitt, 83, went home to be with Jesus on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at Jacobs Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Torrey Easler officiating. The family will see friends one hour prior to the service from 12:00 til 1:00. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Lois was born in Stokes County to the late Sam and Ida Jones Justice and was a retiree of Popes 5 and 10. She was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert, Dewey and Bernard Justice and sisters, Louise Moorefield and Sweetie Pederson. Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Buck Pruitt; sons, Doug Pruitt and wife, Kathy and Ricky Pruitt; grandchildren, Steve Pruitt, Keri Lagoe, Celeste Pruitt and Melissa Pruitt; three great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; sister Shirley Coxe; brothers, Bobby Joe Justice, Billy Ray Justice and Sam Justice, Jr. At other times the family will be at Doug and Kathy’s, 5002 Myers Fork Road, Summerfield, NC 27358.
