Lois Craddock Tilley

Lois Craddock Tilley, 71, went home to be with the Lord January 2, 2020. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, January 6, 2020 at Reidlawn Cemetery with Rev. Don Anderson officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Wilkerson Funeral Home and other times at her home located at 476 Traxler Rd, Summerfield, NC 27358. Lois was born in Rockingham County to the late Louie Everette Craddock and Cordlia May Shough Craddock. She loved mountain road trips, fishing with her grandsons and gardening, no one ever left her house hungry, she was an amazing cook. More than anything, she loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death her husband of 30 years, Thomas Wesley Tilley Jr.; son, Mark Wayne Tilley; 4 sisters and 3 brothers. She is survived by her daughters, Ruby May Smith (Terry), Laura Blackwell Jones; sons, Thomas Wesley Tilley III (Sheree), William Edward Tilley; 1 sister, 2 brothers, 16 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren as well as a large and loving extended family.
