Luz Rodriguez Tejeda

Gibsonville – Luz Rodriguez Tejeda, 71, of 390 Westview Road, passed away Saturday, September 4, 2010 at Moses Cone Hospital. A funeral mass will be held 2:30 PM, Monday, September 6, 2010 at Holy Infant Catholic Church with Father Joseph Mack officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memory Gardens. Luz was born in Tamazula Jalisco, Mexico to the late Crecensio and Luisa Tejeda Rodriguez. She was a homemaker and a member of Holy Infant Catholic Church. She enjoyed cooking and gardening but most of all she loved her children and grandchildren. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a sister and a brother. Survivors include her sons, Isidro Tejeda and wife, Kristie, Johnny Tejeda and wife, Renae, Salvador Tejeda, Alex Tejeda and wife, Allyson, Joe Tejeda; daughters, Gracie Brame and husband, Rob, Rosalina Webster and husband, David, Elena Walker and husband, Tony; grandchildren, Robbie, Christina and Will Brame, Seth, Rachel, Elena Rae, and Lydia Webster, Ali, Lauren, Jackson, Nicole and Natalie Tejeda, Jonathon Blackwell, Ava, Aubrey, Joel and Grayson Tejeda; brother, Fidencio Rodriguez; sister, Victoria Cardenas; daughter adopted by love, Donna Granger. The family will receive friends on Monday, from 12:00 noon til 2:00 PM at Wilkerson Funeral Home prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Palliative care of Moses Cone, 1200 N.
