Margaret Johnson Ayers

Reidsville - Margaret J. Ayers, 84, of 1218 Morgan Drive, died Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at Annie Penn Hospital.Graveside services will be held 10:00 A.M., Friday, June 22, 2012, at Roselawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Ralph Clayton officiating.Mrs. Ayers, a native of Suwannee, Florida was the daughter of the late Charles and Eunice Brannan Johnson. She was retired from the Rockingham County Finance Department. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Obie Brett Ayers; daughters, Jean Damon Treat and Evelyn Price. She is survived by her sons, Sam Ayers (Katherine-deceased), Tom Ayers (Mae), Lum Ayers (Mary Alice), and Joe Ayers; 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.There will be no formal visitation.
