Marguerite P. Moose

Reidsville Marguerite P. Moose August 11, 1921-March 19, 2015 Marguerite was born in Reidsville, NC. She lived there until after her marriage with Edgar Franklin Moose and the birth of their first child, Brenda Ann Moose in 1943. She and her husband were owners and operators of several diners in New Jersey till their retirement returning to Reidsville in 1980. They moved back into the house that Marguerite grew up in with the intention to care for her father Robert James Price. Unfortunately he never made it back home having a fatal stroke leaving the hospital. She was the unselfish, most hard working mother, wife of her family, always putting them before herself. She left her weakening body March 19 at the age of 93. She was the daughter of Bessie Turner Price and Robert James Price. She was preceded in death by her husband Edgar Franklin Moose, Sr. and daughter Brenda M. Smith, sister Melvyn Price Smith and brother, Weldon Robert Price. Ms. Moose is survived by her son, Edgar Franklin Muse and grandchildren Robert James Smith, Matthew Wayne Smith, Victoria Muse Wicknig, Jacob Franklin Muse, and sister Sallie Price Roberts. The family will receive friends Monday March 30, 2015 from 6:00 PM until 7:30 PM at Wilkerson Funeral home in Reidsville with a graveside service at 2 PM on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at Reidlawn Cemetery.
