Marjorie Snow Taylor

Reidsville – Marjorie Snow Taylor, of 2203 Richardson Drive, died Sunday, July 20, 2008, at Annie Penn Hospital. A graveside service will be at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, July 23, 2008, at Evergreen Memory Gardens, with Rev. Dan Jones officiating. Mrs. Taylor was born in Rockingham County to the late Howard and Verlie Golden Snow. She was a member of The First Baptist Church and was retired from The American Tobacco Company after many years of service.   In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Henry Taylor, 3 brothers and 4 sisters. She is survived by her sister, Louise Clifton and husband Harry, of the residence; nephews, Mike Clifton and wife, BJ, Mark Clifton and Billy Childress and wife, Angela; grand nephew, Michael Clifton Jr. and grand niece,   Anna Clifton; sister-in-law, Marion Snow; and special friends, Frank and Vivian Denney. The family will receive friends at Wilkerson Funeral Home, Tuesday, July 22, 2008 from 7 to 9 PM and other times at the   residence Memorial contributions may be made  to Community Baptist Church School , 509 Triangle Road, Reidsville, NC 27320 ,   The First Baptist Church, 409 South Main Street, Reidsville, NC and The First Congregational Christian Church, 1863 South Park Drive, Reidsville, NC  or to the donor’s choice.
