Winston-Salem: Martha Spencer Mahaffey, 61, of Waybridge Lane, died on February 22, 2016 at Forsyth Medical Center. Funeral services were held at 2:00 PM Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Wilkerson Funeral Home with Rev. Allen Myers officiating. Martha was born in Guilford County to Vivian Faucette Spencer and the late Theodore Spencer. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Steve Mahaffey; daughter, Meredith Harper; brother, Larry Spencer and wife, Resa; Ted Spencer and wife, Myrtis; sister, Judy Sutton and husband, Ken; nieces, Melissa Sutton, Michelle Arnold and Kimberly Spencer; nephew, Matthew Spencer; great nephews, Zachary and Christian Arnold.
