Reidsville - Mary Frances Davis Primm, 89, loving Momma, Grandma and GG, of 549 Country Farm Road, passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at her daughter's home. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, January 15, 2012 at Evergreen Memory Gardens with Chaplain Tripp Kimbrough officiating. The family will see friends two hours prior to the service from 1:00 - 3:00 PM Sunday, January 15, 2012 at Wilkerson Funeral Home. Mary was born in Birmingham, Alabama to the late James Edward and Sarah Leonard Davis; married to Thomas Warburton Primm and resided in Montgomery, Alabama. She was employed with the State of Alabama for 43 years and retired from the State Revenue Department in 1984. After retirement, she moved to North Carolina (Greensboro and Reidsville) to be with her daughter and grandchildren In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Forest, Johnny, George and Jack Davis; sisters, Zelphia, infant sister, Irene Daniel and Lois Shofner. She leaves on this earth to cherish her memory, daughter, Dianne O'Bryant and husband, Ellis, granddaughters, Jeniene Smoot and husband, Daren, Carla Ervin and husband, Raymond, grandson, Ike Marsh and wife, Shannon; ten great grandchildren, Tyler, Leah, Josh, Cody, Annalee, Addison, Achilles, Anakin, Melanie and Allison; one great- great-grandson, Gracen.She has blessed us with kindness, a courageous and giving spirit, love of music and whimsical quotes she learned from her childhood.Momma, I love you. You will always be with me. You are my first home, first love, first friend; nothing can separate us €¦not time €¦not space €¦not even death. Your love and spirit will be with me forever. May the good Lord bless and keep you. May He raise you up with angels shining his light of love and grace upon you and give you peace. It is done.
