Ruffin – Mary Adams Ingram, 101, died on Thursday, December 30, 2010 at Moses Cone Hospital after a brief illness. Friends and neighbors are invited to celebrate her life by meeting with the family at Wilkerson Funeral Home on Saturday, January 8th from 12:30 to 2:00 PM. The funeral service will be held in the chapel at 2:00 PM following the visitation.Mary was born in Wilkes County, NC, December 10, 1909, to the late Jess Franklin Adams and Alice Richardson Adams. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Her greatest passion was being with and helping her family. She was a lover of nature with a superb green thumb which could be counted on to guide and teach others. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Joann in 1943, her late husband, Jack Ingram in 1971 and her grandson, Stephen King in 1998.Her immediate survivors are her three daughters, Betty King of Ruffin, Jacqueline Earles of Reidsville and Linda Jackson and husband, Robert of Reidsville; grandchildren, Robbin Maness and husband, Tim of Ruffin, Valerie Earles of Reidsville, Mechelle Smith of Reidsville, Amanda Earles of Reidsville, Denise Sforza and husband, Stephen of Staton Island, NY, Reid Earles of Reidsville and Jeremy Jackson of Reidsville; great grandchildren, Saberina Kaczmereck, Samantha Nicholson, Trey Boone, Michael King, Veronica Delaforce, Brice Griffin, Zackery Earles, Taylor Doss, MoRanda Earles, Savannah Earles, Emily Sforza and Stephen Sforza; six great-great grandchildren; and forever son-in-law, Jerry Earles.
