Reidsville - Mary Anne Smith Freeman, 79, of 2512 Sunnycrest Drive, passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2012 at Annie Penn Hospital.A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at Reidlawn Cemetery with Rev. Lyle Milligan officiating. There will be no formal visitation.Mary Anne was born in Rockingham County to the late Fred D. and Inez Faulkner Smith. She was a homemaker and also was with the Reidsville School System for 10 years. Mary Anne was a member of the Baptist Temple Church and loved to cross stitch and needle point.She is survived by her husband of over 60 years, Jack Arnold Freeman; son, Rick Wayne Freeman; and sisters, Nancy Knight and Judy Land.The family will receive friends at the residence.Condolences may be sent to the family at www.wilkersonfuneral.com
