Melanie Lee Sarrette

Melanie Lee Sarrette, 51, went suddenly to be with the Lord on August 1st, 2022, at her home in Reidsville. 

Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time. 

Melanie was born in Miami Dade County, Florida. She loved to cook, help other people, decorate, music, Netflix, and spending time with those she loved. She loved giving kisses and hugs to her many children, related or not. A lot of knowledge she had, and shared with many, will never be forgotten. She enjoyed spiritual shows and movies, and seeked a connection with it for those to live in peace even in the afterlife. Multitasking was one of her many talents. Her personality was unique and wasn't like anyone you've ever met. Melanie was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in High Point, NC. She enjoyed her bible study as well as being a part of community outreach groups. 

In addition to her parents, Ralph Goins and Libby Moore, Melanie is also preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Nicole Goins and her grandmother, known as Granny.

Melanie is survived by her husband of 23 years, Steve Sarrette; sons, Anthony and Tyler Sarrette; daughters, Sarah, Emily and Giavanna Sarrette and Regan Moore; grandchildren, LibbyAnna Doyle, Mia Anglehart and twin grandsons from her son Tyler that are expected in December; brothers, Michael Goins and Dennis Moore; sister, Melissa Lang.

Melanie will be truly missed by her family and friends. 

The way Melanie lived her life says it all on her coffee cup!- "Let all that you do be done in love" 1 Corinthians 16:14.
