Melquiades was born in a small town in Tamaulipas, Mexico, he then came into the U.S at the age of 15. In his mid-twenties Melquiades met and fell in love with his wife Dora Tovar. In their time of marriage, they settled in Madison and raised 4 beautiful children. He was loved widely and deeply by many people from young to old. Anyone who knew Melquiades, knew that he was truly a testament of love, benevolence, and generosity. Melquiades will be greatly missed; he was someone who brought a light so great into this world that even in his absence his light remains.
