Michael Cody Ratliff

Michael Cody Ratliff, 22, passed away on March 8, 2020. Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Wilkerson Funeral Home with Rev. Norman C. Cox officiating. The family will receive friends Friday, March 13, 2020 from 6-8 PM at the Funeral Home and other times at the home of his mother Diane Chilton. Cody was born to Michael Todd Ratliff and Carolyn Diane Chilton in Rockingham County. He loved music, motorcycles, fishing and tattoos. He was amazing in the kitchen and loved to cook. He loved children and they all seemed to adore him. You could often find him riding with his sister with their music wide open. Most of all he loved his family. He will be greatly missed. Survivors include his children, Agustin Jairo Ratliff and Alana Jean Ratliff; mother, Diane Chilton; father, Michael Ratliff; sister and brother’s keeper, Tina Chilton; special friend, Nelson Davis; Uncle and best friend, Gary Chilton; grandmother, Dawn Cross; uncle, Spencer Cross; his special brothers and sisters, Lorrie Chilton, Amanda Chilton, Dylan Orr, Michelle Parrish, Gary Chilton Jr., Hunter Orr, Benjamin Hernandez, Jessica Norwood and best friend, Rudy Dalton as well as a large and loving extended family and friends.
