Michelle Wray Maslyn

Reidsville: Michelle Wray Maslyn passed away peacefully in her home on Sunday, Feb. 22, 2015 in Reidsville, NC. She was 35 years old. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 27, 2015 at Lawsonville Baptist Church at 2:00 PM with Rev. Ron Tuck and Rev. Bill Daniel officiating. Burial will follow at Lawsonville Baptist Church Cemetery. Michelle was born on Jan. 9, 1980 in Stuart, Va. She was a very giving mother, wife and daughter who touched everyone’s heart. She was passionate about photography, capturing moments of joy and warmth in others. Michelle was a beautiful person with a soul defined by sacrifice and a longing for connection to those she loved. Michelle is survived by husband Matthew Maslyn; children Tyler, Taylor, Christian, Brianna and Lucas; parents Janice and Rick Wilkinson and Ronald and Debbie Wray; Grandmother Gano Wray; sister Amanda Rivenbark; brothers Joshua Wray and Jonathan Wilkinson and brother-in-law Lester Rivenbark. Michelle is preceded in death by grandparents Ernest and Edna Lawson and Raymond Wray Jr. Visitation will take place at Wilkerson Funeral Home Thursday evening, February 26, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
