Minnie Carver Earles

Minnie Carver Earles, 70, passed away on Sunday, August 18, 2019 at the Rockingham Hospice Home. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Baptist Temple Church with Rev. Ryan Burris officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memory Gardens. The family will be available for visitation after the burial. Minnie was born in Rockingham County on March 31, 1949 to the late James A. Carver and Myrtle Fargis Carver. She was always very loving and caring, especially for her family. Her favorite places were to be at the beach and loved cats. She worked at American Tobacco Company until they closed and then worked at Elastic Fabrics of America. She will be truly missed by her family and friends. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother, James Lee Carver and a sister, Cheryl Carver Watts. Minnie is survived by two brothers: Donald W. Carver and wife, Sandra, and Ronald W. Carver and wife, Shirley, all of Reidsville; Nephews: David Watts, Nick Carver and wife, Tabitha, Scott Carver, and Donnie Carver; Nieces: Michelle Moore, and Heather Soles and husband Jerry; Step daughter, Sheila Pernell; and a step son, Michael Suits; and a very special friend, Robert Finch.
