Minnie Frances Wilson

Reidsville: Minnie Frances Wilson, 77 , passed away on Friday, August 4, 2017 at the Rockingham County Hospice Home. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 PM Sunday, August 6, 2017 at Happy Home Congregational Christian Church Cemetery with Rev. Johnny Dyer officiating. The family will receive friends in the fellowship hall following the service. Frances was born in Henry Co. Virginia to the late Fred Martin and Vergie Selma Clark Martin. She was a homemaker and a former employee of Brookside and member of Mayfield Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas “Cat” Wilson, Jr.; sisters, Myrtle Wilson and Elsie Stone; brother, Leonard Martin; and canine companion, Roscoe. She is survived by her sons, Keith Wilson and wife, Sherree, Freddie Wilson and wife, Wanda, Jeff Wilson and Suzie Collins; daughter, Carolyn James and husband, Richard; grandchildren, Floyd Caulder, Jr. and wife, Jennifer, Dalton Wilson and Amber Wilson; great grandchildren, Tangie Caulder and Ceadez Caulder. The family will like to thank Hospice of Rockingham County, Dr. Roy Fagan Dr. Eric Neijstrom and her caregiver Judy Robertson for their help during her illness.
