Nancy Sossoman Dickerson

Reidsville – Nancy Sossoman Dickerson, 73, of 740 Iron Works Road, passed away on Monday, February 18, 2013 at Wake Forest Baptist University Medical Center. Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, February 21, 2013 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Benny Dodson officiating. Nancy was born in Rockingham County to the late Herbert and Parthena Payne Stone. She was a homemaker and a member of Calvary’s Hill Pentecostal Holiness Church. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands, Berry Wiley Sossoman and John Owen Dickerson. Survivors include her sons, Berry Herbert Sossoman and wife, Diane and Bobby Sossoman and wife, Jeannie; seven grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; brother, Ralph Stone and wife, Nellie; sister, Betty Overby and husband, Jim. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6-8 PM at Wilkerson Funeral Home and other times at the home.
