Nancy S. Hurd

Reidsvlle – Nancy S. Hurd, 81, passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2014, at Wesley Long Hospital in Greensboro. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2014, at 11:00 A.M., at First United Methodist Church in Reidsville. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10-11 A.M. Mrs. Hurd was born on November 25, 1932, to the late Warren Eugene and Essie Irene Walker Saunders. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Clay Hurd, her son, Michael Clay Hurd and her daughter, Beth Sipe. She is survived by her daughter, Tammy Collins and husband Jerry; her son-in-law, Don Sipe; her daughter-in-law, Barbara Hurd; her grandchildren, John Michael Hurd, Megan Hancock and Andy Hurd; special friends, Kathy and Carl Spivey and a host of other relatives.
