Nancy Hopkins Newcomb

Reidsville– Nancy Hopkins Newcomb, 58, of 311 N.W. Market Street, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 16, 2010 at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital.Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at Reidlawn Cemetery.Nancy was born in Rockingham County to the late James Oscar Hopkins and Helen Brown Hopkins. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Newcomb; and in-laws, Pete and Rose Newcomb. She is survived by her cousins, Patricia Owens of Eden and Tony Isley of Stoneville; specials friends, Barry and Dorothy Stone of Reidsville.The family will receive friends at Wilkerson Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 18th from 7:00 – 9:00 PM. Other times the family will be at the residence.
