Ruffin - Nancy Evans Setliff, 74, of 374 Perkinson Road, passed away on Friday, August 5, 2011 at Morehead Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, August 8, 2011 at Happy Home Congregational Christian Church with Rev. Bruce McBride officiating. The burial will follow in the church cemetery.Mrs. Setliff was born in Rockingham County to the late Ambrose Daniel Evans, Sr. and Lou Ida McBride Evans. She was a homemaker, a retiree of Wright's Dress Shop and a member of Happy Home Congregational Christian Church. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Ambrose Daniel Evans, Jr.Survivors include her husband, William J. Setliff; daughter, Karen Mason and husband Tim of Ruffin; grand dog, Smoky; sisters, Virginia Moore and husband, Frank of Reidsville, Brenda Shelton of Eden, Janet Cooper and husband, Carl of Reidsville; sister-in-law, Yvonne Evans of Ruffin; numerous nieces and nephews.The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Sunday, August 7th at Wilkerson Funeral Home and other times at the home of her daughter, Karen, 413 Perkinson Road, Ruffin.Memorial contributions may be made to Happy Home Congregational Christian Church Cemetery Fund, C/O Gloria Draughn, 3057 Oregon Hill Road, Ruffin, North Carolina 27326Condolences may be sent to the family at www.wilkersonfuneral.com
