Nicholas Anthony LaManna

Reidsville: Nicholas Anthony LaManna, 82, passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2018, at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro, NC. Funeral services will be held in Reidsville, NC at 3 p.m. on Monday, October 8, 2018 at Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel (1909 Richardson Dr). The burial will follow at Greenview Cemetery and the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Nicholas was born in Jersey City, NJ, one of three brothers. He moved to North Carolina with his wife and family in 1968 and became an employee of Miller Brewing Company, eventually retiring in Reidsville. He loved his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was a big Sinatra and Washington Redskins fan, enjoyed Italian food and old movies. He is preceded in death by his mother Esther LaManna, father Peter LaManna, and his brother Sam LaManna. Nicholas is survived by his daughter, Karen LaManna Fortin; his son Nicholas LaManna; his brother, Richard LaManna; his grandchildren, Tiffany Fortin Roberts, Christopher Fortin and Ashley LaManna and his great grandchildren, Lucas Roberts and Wynter Fortin and a large extended family.
