Omie Lee Webb Sherron

Omie Lee Webb Sherron, 101, of Reidsville went home to be with The Lord, Monday, March 25, 2024, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

A graveside funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at Roselawn Memorial Gardens with Pastor Marty Brim officiating.

Omie was the daughter of the late George and Maude Carter Webb. She was a lifetime member of Wentworth Presbyterian Church. A committed homemaker, Omie always sacrificed and put the needs of her family first. She loved gardening, crocheting and in her later years she was an avid reader. Omie was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband William D. Sherron; one brother; and 4 sisters.

Omie is survived by her daughters Alecia Jones and husband Marion and Althea Cox and husband Roger; grandchildren Cameron Curry, Justin Cox and wife Amy, and Amber Rafferty and husband Stephen; great grandchildren Bryce William, Tyson Lee, Stephen James, and Roman Webb; and extended family. The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to Angie Creath and Sharon Boyd for their dedication and loving care to our mother.
