Pamela Ferrell

Reidsville: Pamela Ferrell-Wilson, 51, of Reidsville passed away Sunday, March 17, 2013 at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at Wilkerson Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Tillman officiating. The burial will follow at Reidlawn Cemetery. Pam was born in Rockingham County to the late William Ferrell and Mildred Collie Bray. She was a member of Ruffin Stacey Baptist Church. She loved to dance, vacation at the beach and spend time with her three grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Roger Wilson. She is survived by her children, Amy Ferris Jones and husband, Dubbie of Reidsville, Kevin Lee Ferris of New Orleans, LA and Katie Lea Ferris of Burlington, NC; her grandchildren, Alyssa Arthur, Jackson Jones and Tanner Thornton; her sisters, Lisa Hanks and husband, Jerry and Carla Soyars of Reidsville; step father, Carl Wayne Bray of Reidsville; half brother, Ricky Foster; special friends, Randy Hawkins, Ava Call and Megan Eaton; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Tuesday, March 19 at Wilkerson Funeral Home and other times at Amy and Dubbie’s home (1154 Crutchfield Road).
