Pamela Martin Watson

Pamela Martin Watson, 63, went home to be with the Lord Friday morning, June 30, 2017 at the Hospice Home of Rockingham County. A celebration of her life will be held at 6:00 PM Wednesday, July 5th at Osborne Baptist Church, 326 E Stadium Dr, Eden, NC 27288. The family will receive friends following the service. Pamela was a native of Eden and the daughter of the late, Raymond and Lizzora “Tootsie” Martin. She was a woman of faith and a lifetime learner. Her passionate, determined, dynamic personality was evident in every endeavor. She will be remembered for her beautiful voice and her performances locally, statewide and nationally. Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, C.J. Watson; and her brother-in-law, Peanut Gauldin. Pamela is survived by her sisters, Ginger M. Lynn and husband, Jeff, Sherry M. Hall and husband, Wayne and Jill M. Gauldin; her brother, Reggie Martin and wife, Paige; nieces and nephews, Eric Lynn and wife, Nicole, (Madison), Scott Lynn, Brooke Young and husband, Adam (Mallory and Michael), Amber Lynn Williams and husband, Eric, (and their dog, Harley), Jennifer May and husband, Chuck (Jax), Jessica Gallardo and husband, Ernesto (Netillo, Adrian, Lydia and special buddy, Wyatt Irvin), Betsy Darst and husband, Chad (Garrett, Morgan and Huckaby), Wes Gauldin and wife, Nadine (Wesley), Ben, Parker and Grey Martin; her sister-in-law, Chris Kennedy; extended family and friends.
