Patricia Lewis Capps

Reidsville – Patricia Lewis Capps, 79, of 2101 Richardson Drive, passed away on Monday, February 18, 2013 at Annie Penn Hospital. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at Woodmont United Methodist Church with Rev. Roger Cope and Rev. Bill McKinney officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. A native of Reidsville, Patricia was the daughter of the late John “Ed” and Louise “Eze” Lewis. She was a homemaker and retired Methodist minister’s wife. She was a member of Woodmont United Methodist Church and a resident of Avante Nursing Home. She follows her beloved husband Dr. Rev. Clingman C. Capps in death and was a wonderful mother to her surviving children, Nancy Carol Capps, John Clingman Capps and wife, Carolyn, Mark Edwin Capps and wife, Pam, Pamela Lee Merritt, Julie Annette Jenkins and husband, Doug, Richard Clingman Capps, II and wife, Isabel, Scott Edwin Lewis, Shannon Marie Lewis; brothers, Michael Lewis of Reidsville and Wayne Lewis of Colorado; fifteen grandchildren; five great grandchildren and sister-in-law Dr, Julia Anna Capps.
