Patricia Evans Lancaster

Summerfield – Patricia Evans Lancaster 69, of 580 Witty Road, went home to be with her Lord on Friday, January 17, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, January 23rd at Wilkerson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Greenview Cemetery. Patricia was born in Rockingham County to the late James Morris Evans and Virginia Lillard Evans. She was of the Baptist faith and a Born Again Christian. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Timothy Evans and Bonnell Evans. She is survived by her daughters, Robin Coltrane and husband, Gene, Karen Bishop and husband, Ron, Rebecca Strickland and husband, Billy; 4 beloved grandchildren, Amanda Coltrane, Ronald Bishop,Jr., T.J. Cook and Taima Lancaster; brother, Gaylor Dwight Evans; sisters, Ramona Southard and Gewel Beard. The family will receive friends at Wilkerson Funeral Home on Wednesday, Jan 22nd from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. Other times the family will be at the home of Ramona Southard, 152 Davidson Drive, Reidsville. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Wilkerson Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
