Patricia Scott Southern

Mrs. Patricia Ann Scott Southern, 85, of Walnut Cove, passed away peacefully after just a few hours, under the care of Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem on March 20th, 2018. A graveside service will be held at two o'clock on Sunday, March 25th, 2018 at Stokesburg United Methodist Church Cemetery in Walnut Cove. She was born in Danbury on October 10th, 1932 to Ralph J. and Verna D. Scott. Patricia was an accomplished Bridge player, an avid golfer, talented artist and an amazing cook, with a magic touch. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, Billy and her granddaughter, Amy S. Ashley. Patricia is survived her sons, Wic of Morehead City, (Mary Ann), Scott (Rosemary) of Dallas, Texas and Ronnie (Paula) of Walnut Cove. Also surviving are grandchildren, Bill Southern (Beth) of King, Ryan Southern (Amy), Paige Southern (Ryan Lynch), all of Dallas, Texas, Kevin Southern of Walnut Cove, and Natalie Jones (Steven) of Germanton; great-grandchildren, Cameron Denny, Evan Ashley, Madeline Southern, Hudson and Sawyer Southern, Kate, Flynn and Caroline Southern, Layla and Evie Jones.
