Patricia Stanley Washburn

Reidsville-Patricia Stanley Washburn, 75, of Reidsville, NC passed away on August 3, 2020. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. at Wilkerson Funeral Home with Pastor, Tommy Massey officiating. Patricia was born in Caswell County to the late James Early Stanley and Mary Somers Stanley. She loved to be outside and could often be found mowing her lawn or working in the flowers. She was a long time beautician in Reidsville, doing hair for over 30 years. She never left the house without her hair or makeup perfect. Pat made the best banana pudding and loved to cook and share with friends and family. She faithfully served as her family’s caregiver for many years and will join her mother, Mary, who was her best friend in heaven. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, James Early Stanley Jr. Survivors include her husband of 54 years, James Carlton Washburn; children, Carla Washburn Bray and husband Wayne, Crystal Washburn Farmer and husband Russell; grandchildren, Maryann Hoyt and husband, Sean, Thomas Bray, Haley, Hayden and Holden Farmer; great grandchildren, Braylee Hoyt, Levi Bray; brother, Tony Stanley and sister, Allene Merricks as well as a large and loving extended family. Due to COVID-19 the family requests that instead of bringing food by the house, please treat your family to a meal at her favorite restaurant in her honor, Reid’s House.
