Ramona Frick Goolsby

Reidsville: Ramona Frick Goolsby, 58, formerly of 509 Price St., went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 5, 2015, at Roanoke Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 9, 2015, at Piedmont Baptist Church with Pastor Duane King officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., Monday at Piedmont Baptist Church and other times the family will be at 509 Price St. The burial will follow at Reidlawn Cemetery. Ramona was born on August 31, 1957, in Rockingham County, NC, to the late Robert Wilbert & Christian Corum Frick. She really enjoyed the outdoors. Ramona was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Melissa Dawn Goolsby and a brother, Ronald Dale Frick. Ramona is survived by her husband, James Goolsby; her son, Robert Goolsby; her grandchildren, Nathan Lester, Abigail Goolsby and Michael Goolsby; her step grandchild, Isabel Apple; her brothers, Wayne Frick and wife Martha, Joe Frick and wife Kim and Jimmy Sundance and wife Susan, and her sisters, Margaret Frick, Sandra Turmon and Phyllis Sexton.
