Rebecca Morrison Hampton

Madison - Rebecca, "Becky" Hampton of Shelby, NC, left this earth for her heavenly home on March 8, 2012 in Madison, NC where she resided for many years. Becky was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Madison, NC. She spent twenty years employed at Bristol Meyers Squib until she retired. She spent her retirement enjoying her grandchildren and her daughters and their families who lived close to her.Becky is survived by her daughters, Hollie Lawrence and husband Keith as well as Lou Ann Petties and her husband, Robert and her 3 precious grandchildren, Addison and Peyton Lawrence and Chandler Petties. She is also survived by one sister, Brenda Herndon of Shelby, NC, a special niece, Kelly Short and dear friends of the family, Alan and Sherri Tippett. A "Celebration of Life" will be held in memory of Becky Hampton, Saturday, March 10, 2012 11:00AM at Grace Baptist Church with Pastor Jamie Vaughan officiating. (There will be a receiving of friends and family at the conclusion of the service.)
