Richard E. Davis

Richard E. Davis passed away unexpectedly on Friday July 28, 2023 at the place he loved the most, his home in Reidsville, NC.

A celebration of life is scheduled for August 19, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Mount Hermon Baptist Church in Reidsville, NC with Pastor Dennis Chapmon officiataing.  

Richard is survived by his son who he loved dearly Charles (wife Samantha ) of Winston Salem, NC; his brother Walter (wife Tammy and son Dylan) of Lewisville, NC; and his beloved wife Michelle Coulson Davis of Reidsville, NC.

Richard was born in Reidsville, NC on May 27, 1959 to Charles “Chuck” and Arlene Davis. He graduated from NC State with a degree in Horticulture. Richard was also a skilled pressman. Richard married his wife Michelle who he loved very much on May 27, 2023.

Richard was a devoted father and lawn care enthusiast. He enjoyed talk radio and collecting coins. He always made people laugh. He was a spiritual man and was involved in many church activities. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
