Reidsville : Robert Lee Cox III 60, passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2017. A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Greenview Cemetery. Robert Lee “R.L” Cox III was born on April 11th, 1956 to Loretta Simpson Cox and the late Robert Lee Cox Jr. He was a lifetime native of Reidsville , a retired electrician and attended New Life Church. He loved his family, riding his tractor, spending time outdoors, fishing and watching NASCAR. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Lee Cox, Jr. Robert is survived by his mother, Mary Loretta Simpson Cox; significant other, Rhonda Ratliff Smith; son, Robert Lee Cox IV; daughter Danielle Cox Stanley and husband Beau; sister, Jessica Merritt and husband Larry; brother, Perry Cox; seven grandchildren; one neice and one nephew. The family will receive friends at the home of Loretta Cox at 1127 Harrison Crossroads Loop, Reidsville, NC 27320 And one hour prior to the service at Greenview Cemetery.
