Robert Albert Massey

Robert Albert Massey, 88, of 2938 US 158 E., passed away Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at Annie Penn Hospital.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, November 17, 2023, at Reidlawn Cemetery with Dr. Ron Tuck officiating. There will be no formal visitation at this time.

Robert was born in Rockingham County to the late Ernest and Grace Barker Massey. He retired from Lorillard Tobacco Co. with over 40 years of service. Robert loved to hunt rabbits and squirrels. He was meticulous about his specialty vehicles. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Evelyn Joyce Massey; his brothers Billy Massey and E.W. Massey; and his sisters Marilyn Somers and Kathryn Griffin.

Robert is survived by his stepsons Lee Paschal, Jr. and wife Valerie “Joyce”, and Ricky Paschal and wife Vickie; and a large extended family.
