Robert Clyde Pruitt

Eden – Robert Clyde Pruitt, 63, of 161 Empire Drive, died Saturday, October 25, 2008 at his home. Funeral services will be held Monday, 2:00 PM at Wilkerson Funeral Home with Pastor Jackie Talton officiating. The burial will follow at Evergreen Memory Gardens. Mr. Pruitt was born in Caswell County to the late Claude Thomas Pruitt, Sr. and Lillian Jones Pruitt. He was self employed. He was a member of Calvary Hills Baptist Church. Besides his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his infant sisters, and his brothers, Thomas, William, Jimmy and Nelson Pruitt He is survived by his wife, Shelby Christine Pruitt of the home; his sons, Robert Frank Pruitt and Nelson Eugene Pruitt both of Eden; brothers, Edward Pruitt and friend, Brenda of Reidsville, Earl Pruitt and wife, Linda of Carthage, and Danny Pruitt of Eden; sisters, Faye Irby and husband, Page of Asheboro; and several nieces and nephews. The family will be receiving friends Sunday evening, October 26, at Wilkerson Funeral Home from 7:00 – 9:00 and other times at the home.
