Robert Odell Thomas

Robert Odell Thomas, 70, passed away on Tuesday, July 29, 2020 at Annie Penn Hospital. A Celebration of Life is planned for Friday at his home. Robert was born in Rockingham County to the late Bill Thomas and Delsie Pruitt Vernon. He worked in construction and was also a farmer. He was a wonderful father and papa who loved his grandchildren. He also enjoyed fishing. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Dock Huffman and special friend, Buster Richards. Survivors are his wife, Ostine Thomas; daughter, Amy Thomas Wrenn; sons, Billy Thomas and Robbie Thomas and wife, Heather; grandchildren, Todd Wrenn, Jr., Kayla Wrenn, Davolyn James, Dalton Thomas, Natalee Thomas, Gracie Thomas and Cameron Strum; great grandson, Brayden Wrenn; brothers, Gary Vernon, Kenneth Vernon and Leon Pruitt; sister, Annette Wiles.
