Robert Lee Warren

Reidsville, NC - Robert Lee Warren, 85, of 2342 Wentworth Street, passed away on Friday, January 11, 2008. Funeral services were held at 11:00 AM Monday, January 14, 2008 at Wilkerson Funeral Home with Shannon Newsome officiating. Interment followed in Reidlawn cemetery with pallbearers, David Cross, Pender Grogan, Jerry Jarrell, Chris Lovelace, Albert Madren, John Podboreski and Wayne Stephens. Robert was born in Rockingham County to the late Stewart Anderson Warren and Florence Brame Warren. He was a member of Reidsville Christian Church, where he had served as a Deacon. He was a veteran of the US Army serving in WWII and retired from APAC. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret Isley. He is survived by his wife, Ruby Talley Warren of the home; sister, Martha Warren Talley and husband, Bill of Greensboro; nephews, Cecil Isley and wife, Norma , Michael Isley and wife, Amy.
