Ronald Marion Bruno

Reidsville –Mr. Ron Bruno, 75, of 200 Roberson Lane, Reidsville, passed away on Thursday, February 07, 2013 at Wesley Long Hospital. Mr. Bruno was born September 6, 1937 in Lima, Ohio to the late Marion Bruno and Ruth Ulrich Bruno. He was retired from Air Products and Chemicals and was a member of First United Methodist Church of Reidsville. Mr. Bruno proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. He was preceded in death by his sister, Shirley Vanderpool. Survivors include his wife, Karen Bruno of the home; one son, Robin Bruno of Amelia, Virginia; one daughter, Leslie Durham and husband Mark of Reidsville; four grandchildren, Myca, Christopher, Justin and Ethan; his mother, Ruth Bruno and one brother, Larry Bruno both of Richmond, Virginia. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mayo Clinic, Department of Development for ITP Research, 200 First Street SW, Rochester, Minnesota 55905.
