Ronald Eugene Peoples

Kure Beach, NC – Ronald Eugene Peoples, 59, of 300 S. 4th Ave., formally of Reidsville, died on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at his home. There will be a memorial service held at 7:00 PM on Saturday, September 8, 2012 at 801 Dockery Road in Reidsville. Mr. Peoples was a native of Rockingham County and was the son of Margaret Roland Belton and the late, Robert Eugene Peoples. He worked as a Supervisor at Cone Mills for over 35 years. He served in United States Navy and was a veteran of the Vietnam Conflict. Ronald was of the Baptist faith and a former member of Burton Memorial Baptist Church. He loved his family and especially his grandchildren. Along with his father he was preceded in death by his sister, Carol P. Miller. He is survived by his daughters, Sheree Moore of Danville, VA, and Traci Peoples of Reidsville, NC; grandchildren, Savannah Moore and Brooklyn Oakes; mother, Margaret Belton; brothers, Danny, Jerry and Bobby Peoples; sister, Roxie Somers; special Aunt Betty and several nieces and nephews.
