Reidsville: Ruby Talley Warren, 94, of 2342 Wentworth Street, died on Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at Annie Penn Hospital.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, April 9, 2010 at Wilkerson Funeral Home with Shannon Newsome officiating. Interment will follow in Reidlawn Cemetery.Ruby was born in Rockingham County to the late John Will Talley, Sr. and Esther Thelma Ellington Talley. She retired from the American Tobacco Company and was a member of Reidsville Christian Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, James Newton and Robert Lee Warren; brothers, Leo Jett Talley, J.W. Talley, Jr. and James Arnold Talley.She is survived by her brother, Bob E. Talley and wife, Josephine ; nephew, Bruce M. Talley and wife, Nancie , all of Duluth, GA; niece, Penny T. Jolly and husband, Jay of Hoschton, GA.The family will receive friends at Wilkerson Funeral Home on Thursday, April 8th from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. Other times the family will be at the residence.
